With Personio modules in Boost.space Integrator, you can manage the attendances, applications, documents, projects, employees, time-offs, and positions in your Personio account.
To use the Personio modules, you must have a paid account. For subscription information, refer to the Personio Pricing page.
Refer to the Personio API documentation for the list of available endpoints.
To establish the connection, you must:

Only for Applications modules: Get a Company ID and a Recruiting Access Token in Personio.

Establish the connection in Boost.space Integrator.
To create a Personio custom application and retrieve your client credentials:

Log in to your Personio account.

In the left sidebar, click Settings.

In the Integrations tab, click API credentials.

Click Create custom integration.
-
In the Name field, enter the name of a new integration. Click Next.

Select the needed scopes and attributes according to Boost.space Integrator modules that you will use. Click Create integration.

Copy your Client ID and API secret values and store them in a safe place. Click Finish.
You will use these values in the Client ID and Client Secret fields in Boost.space Integrator.
To retrieve credentials:

Log in to your Personio account.

In the left sidebar, click Settings.

In the Integrations tab, click API credentials.

In the integrations table, click Recruiting Integrations.

Copy the Your company ID and Access token values and store them in a safe place.
You will use these values in the Company ID and Recruiting Access Token fields in Boost.space Integrator.
To establish the connection in Boost.space Integrator:

Log in to your Boost.space Integrator account, add a Personio module to your scenario, and click Create a connection.

Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.

Enter your credentials:

For Applications modules:

In the Company ID field, enter your Company ID value that you copied above.

In the Recruiting Access Token field, enter your Access token that you copied above.

For the rest of modules:

In the Client ID field, enter your Client ID value that you copied above.

In the Client Secret field, enter your API secret that you copied above.

Click Save.

If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.
You have successfully established the connection. You can now edit your scenario and add more Personio modules. If your connection requires reauthorization at any point, follow the connection renewal steps here.
