With SugarCRM modules in Boost.space Integrator, you can manage accounts, bugs, calls, campaigns, cases, categories, contacts, contracts, currencies, custom queries, email templates, forecast worksheets, inbound emails, leads, manufactures, meetings, notes, opportunities, products, product types, projects, prospects, and revenue line items.
To use the SugarCRM modules, you must have a SugarCRM account. You can create an account at sugarcrm.com.
Refer to the SugarCRM API documentation for a list of available endpoints.
To establish the connection:

Log in to your Boost.space Integrator account, add a SugarCRM module to your scenario, and click Create a connection.
Note: If you add a module with an
instant
tag, click Create a webhook, then Create a connection. -
Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.

In the Server URL, enter the domain name where your program is registered. For example:
https://example.sugarcrm.eu/
. -
In the Username and Password fields, enter your SugarCRM account credentials.

Optional: Click Show advanced settings and enter your Platform for platform-specific metadata, the API Version, and your custom app client credentials.
If requested, use the following Redirect URI when creating your custom app:
https://integrator.boost.space/oauth/cb/sugarcrm11
.Note SugarCRM supports API versions starting from
v11_20
and software releases starting from version13.x
. For a complete list of supported API versions, refer to the SugarCRM documentation. Using an unsupported API version may result in an unstable connection. -
Click Save.
You have successfully established the connection. You can now edit your scenario and add more SugarCRM modules. If your connection requires reauthorization at any point, follow the connection renewal steps here.
This app uses webhooks to trigger a scenario when an event occurs instantly. All webhook modules have an instant
tag next to their name.
To set up a webhook, follow these steps:

Add a SugarCRM
instant
module to your scenario and click Create a webhook. -
Optional: Enter a name for the webhook in the Webhook name field.

Select the corresponding connection for the webhook in the Connection field.

Click Save > Copy address to clipboard.

Log in to your SugarCRM account.

In the top-right corner, click on your profile avatar and click Admin.

Under System, click Web Logic Hooks.

In the upper-right, click Create.

Fill in the fields as follows:
Name
Enter a name to identify your web logic hook in SugarCRM.
URL
Paste your webhook URL from step 4.
Trigger Event
Select the event that you want to trigger data to be sent to Boost.space Integrator.
Module Name
Select the SugarCRM module you want to watch in Boost.space Integrator.
Request Method
Select POST.

Click Save.
SugarCRM will now send data to Boost.space Integrator through the webhook when the selected event occurs.
