Properly preparing your data before synchronizing them with Boost.space Integrator is helpful for ensuring seamless and successful integration. By taking the time to pause other syncs, back up your data, clean up contacts, review data accuracy, and conduct a test run, you minimize the risk of data conflicts, loss, or duplication. This preparation ultimately saves time, improves data quality, and enhances the overall efficiency of your Boost.space Integrator experience.

Step 1: Pause Other Syncs Before starting with Boost.space synchronization, ensure you pause any other ongoing integrations (from other tools or even other Boost.space scenarios). This prevents any potential conflicts. Visit your CRM’s account settings to check if any data is already being synced one way.

Step 2: Back Up Your Data Creating a data backup is essential in case of accidental deletions or modifications. Google Contacts, iCloud, and ContactsPlus store temporary versions of your contacts, allowing you to restore a previous state if needed. This way you don’t have to worry about losing any data in the process

Step 3: Clean Up Your Contacts Now it’s time to remove any unnecessary contacts and tidy up your list. Empty Google’s “Other Contacts” folder if it’s filled with outdated information.
