Pipedrive CRM

The Pipedrive CRM modules allow you to monitor deals, organizations, persons, products, notes, and activities and create, update, list, or delete deals, products in deals, persons in deals, files in deals, activities in deals, organizations, persons, products, notes, activities, emails, followers, or users in your Pipedrive CRM account.

To get started with Pipedrive CRM, create an account at pipedrive.com/register.

Boost.space Integrator provides two ways to connect the Pipedrive CRM app:

Establish a connection with Pipedrive OAuth

To establish the connection:

 

  1. Log in to your Boost.space Integrator account, add a Pipedrive CRM module to your scenario, and click Create a connection.
  2. Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.
  3. Optional: Click Show advanced settings and manually add scopes or enter your custom app client credentials. For more information regarding creating a custom app and retrieving client credentials, refer to the Pipedrive Creating an app documentation.

    If requested, use the following Redirect URI when creating your custom app: https://integrator.boost.space/oauth/cb/pipedrive-auth.

  4. Click Save.
  5. If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.

You have successfully established the connection. You can now edit your scenario and add more Pipedrive CRM modules. If your connection requires reauthorization at any point, follow the connection renewal steps here.

[Note] Note
The date and time values are converted to the UTC time zone for input and returned in output as a value in the user’s time zone.

Establish a connection with Pipedrive API Token

To establish the connection:

 

  1. Log in to your Pipedrive account.
  2. In the top right corner, click your Profile picture > Personal preferences.
  3. Click API.
  4. Copy the Your personal API token field and store it in a safe place. If you want to create a new API key, click Generate new token.
  5. Log in to your Boost.space Integrator account, add a Pipedrive CRM module to your scenario, and click Create a connection.

    Note: If you add a module with an instant tag, click Create a webhook, then Create a connection.

  6. In the Connection type field, select Pipedrive API token.
  7. Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.
  8. In the API token field, enter the API token copied in Step 4.
  9. Optional: Click Show advanced settings and manually add scopes or enter your custom app client credentials. For more information regarding creating a custom app and retrieving client credentials, refer to the Pipedrive Creating an app documentation.

    If requested, use the following Redirect URI when creating your custom app: https://integrator.boost.space/oauth/cb/pipedrive-auth.

  10. Click Save.
