Pro Crew Schedule

With Pro Crew Schedule modules in Boost.space Integrator, you can manage the employees, crews, inventories, picklists, tasks, schedules, task-employee relations, time off, time trackers, and attachments in your Pro Crew Schedule account.

To use the Pro Crew Schedule modules, you must have a Pro Crew Schedule account. You can create an account at procrewschedule.com.

Connect Pro Crew Schedule to Boost.space Integrator

To establish the connection, you must:

Obtain your API key in Pro Crew Schedule

To obtain your API key from your Pro Crew Schedule account:

  1. Log in to your Pro Crew Schedule account.

  2. In the left sidebar, click Settings.

  3. Click API Integration.

  4. Copy the API Key value shown and store it in a safe place.

You will use this value in the ProCrew Schedule API Key field in Boost.space Integrator.

Establish the connection with Pro Crew Schedule in Boost.space Integrator

To establish the connection in Boost.space Integrator:

  1. Log in to your Boost.space Integrator account, add a Pro Crew Schedule module to your scenario, and click Create a connection.

  2. Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.

  3. In the API Key field, enter the API key copied above.

  4. In the Email field, enter your Pro Crew Schedule account’s email.

  5. Click Save.

  6. If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.

You have successfully established the connection. You can now edit your scenario and add more Pro Crew Schedule modules. If your connection requires reauthorization at any point, follow the connection renewal steps here.
