To use the Jotform modules, you must have a Jotform account. You can create an account at jotform.com.
Refer to the Jotform API documentation for a list of available endpoints.
To connect your Jotform account to Boost.space Integrator, you must first obtain the API Key from your Jotform account. Refer to the Daily API Call Limits guide for information regarding API Key request limitations.

Log in to your Jotform account.

In the top-right corner, click on your profile icon > Settings.

In the left sidebar, click on the API tab.

Click on the Create New Key button.

Next to the API Key value, click within the Permissions box and select the API Key’s access level. To use Jotform modules that write data into your Jotform account, for example Create a New Form and Add Questions to Form, select Full Access.

Copy the API Key value shown. You will use this key in the API Key field in Boost.space Integrator.

Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.

In the API Key field, enter the API key copied in Step 6.

Optional: Click Show advanced settings and enter your Enterprise Domain to connect to your enterprise address or select whether your Jotform account is in HIPAA Safe Mode to redirect to the corresponding API domain.

Click Save.

If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.
You have successfully established the connection. You can now edit your scenario and add more Jotform modules. If your connection requires reauthorization at any point, follow the connection renewal steps here.

If your connection is working but you are unable to create a webhookA webhook is a way for an app to send real-time information to a specific URL in response to certain events or triggers., your Jotform API Key may not have the necessary Full Access. To update the access level, go to your Jotform account profile settings, click on the API tab in the left sidebar, and ensure that your API Key has Full Access. If it has Read Access, click within the Permissions box and select Full Access.
If your Jotform form is not visible in Boost.space Integrator, first ensure that it has not been disabled in your Jotform account. In your Jotform account, open the form that is not visible in Boost.space Integrator, click on More in the top menu, and ensure that the Disable option is not selected. If it is disabled, click on Enable to make your form visible.
If your form was already enabled or the form still is not visible after enabling, you can create a new connection in Boost.space Integrator using a new Jotform API Key. Follow the instructions in the Connect Jotform to Boost.space Integrator section to create a new API Key and establish the connection.
