To get started with Google Analytics 4, you must have a Google Analytics account and an existing Universal Analytics property. You can create an account at google.com/analytics.

To establish the connection in Boost.space Integrator you must:
- Obtain your Property ID in your Google Analytics 4 account.
- Establish the connection to Google Analytics 4 in Boost.space Integrator.
- Log in to your Google Analytics 4 account.
- In the left sidebar, click AdminA user role in Boost.space with comprehensive system access, including the ability to add, remove, and manage all system levels. Admins can oversee all users, configure system settings, create custom fields, and manage modules and addons. Admin can also access Integrator and manage automations..
- In the left menu, click Property > Property details.
- In the upper-right corner, click the
button to copy the Property ID.
- Log in to your Boost.space Integrator account, add a Google Analytics 4 modulea module is an application or tool designed to handle specific business functions, such as CRM, project management, or inventory. The system's modular architecture allows you to activate only the modules you need, enabling customization and scalability as your business requirements evolve. to your scenarioA specific connection between applications in which data can be transferred. Two types of scenarios: active/inactive., and click Create a connection.
- Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.
- In the Property ID field, enter the Property ID value.
- Optional: Switch on the Show advanced settings toggle and enter your Google Cloud Console project client credentials. For more information, see the Create and configure a Google Cloud Console project for Google Analytics 4 section below. You also can add other scopes if needed.
- Click Save.
- If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.
You have successfully established the connection. You can now edit your scenario and add more Google Analytics 4 modules. If your connection requires reauthorization at any point, follow the connection renewal steps here.
To connect to Boost.space Integrator using your own client credentials, you can create and configure a project in the Google Cloud Console.
To create a Google Cloud Console project:
- Log in to the Google Cloud Console using your Google credentials.
- In the top menu, click Select a project > New project.
- Enter a Project name and select the Location for your project.
- Click Create.
- In the top menu, check if your new project is selected in the Select a project dropdown. If not, select the project you just created.
To enable the required APIs:
- Open the left navigation menu and go to APIs & Services > Library.
- Search for and enable the following APIs: Google Analytics Data API, Google Analytics Admin API.
To configure your OAuth consent screen:
- In the left sidebar, click OAuth consent screen.
- Under UserCan use the system on a limited basis based on the rights assigned by the admin. Type, select External.
For more information regarding user types, refer to Google’s Exceptions to verification requirements documentation.
- Click Create.
- Fill in the required fields with your information.
- In the Authorized domains section, add
make.comandboost.space. - Click Save and continue.
- In the Scopes page, click Add or remove scopes, add the following scopes, and click Update.

- Click Save and continue.

To create your client credentials:
- In the left sidebar, click Credentials.
- Click + Create Credentials > OAuth client ID.
- In the Application type dropdown, select Web application.
- Update the Name of your OAuth client. This will help you identify it in the console.
- In the Authorized redirect URIs section, click + Add URI and enter the following redirect URI:
https://integrator.boost.space/oauth/cb/google-analytics-4 - Copy your Client ID and Client secret values and store them in a safe place.
You will use these values in the Client ID and Client Secret fields in Boost.space Integrator.
