System roles: users and admins
Boost.space has two system-wide roles — admin and user — that set what a person can do across the whole system, on top of their per-space role.
Admin
A system administrator can add, remove, and manage all three levels of the system. They manage all users from System settings, which is only accessible to administrators via the bottom toolbar on the main desktop. Admins create fields and modules and set up automation (including connecting your Make account); users can then fill in fields but not create them. The number of admins depends on your licence and tier — see the pricing page.
User
System users can use modules and create or manage spaces and records to which they or their team have been assigned. They can fill in fields but are not able to create them.
