User Settings

Edit Personal Information

 

Here you will find various fields containing your personal information such as name and phone number. Click on the field you wish to update.

 

Update Your Profile picture

 

Users can easily personalize their accounts by changing their profile picture. To update your profile picture, select the option to edit your profile picture, upload a new image from your device, and save the changes. This allows you to customize your profile and make it more recognizable to other users within the Boost.Space platform.

 

System language

 

Users have the flexibility to change the system language to suit their preferences. The platform supports both Czech and English language, allowing users to switch between them as needed. To change the system language, simply select either Czech or English from the language options.

Edit E-mail Adress

 

The e-mail address associated with your account cannot be changed directly right now. If you wish to update your e-mail, please contact us at [email protected]. Click on the “Change” button, and a chat with our support team will open. To help speed up the process, please let us know:

 

  1. The name of the system where you want to update the e-mail
  2. Your old e-mail address
  3. The new e-mail address you want to use

 

This change must currently be handled manually and typically takes up to one business day to complete.

 

Admin Settings

 

Admins have additional capabilities in the system, including System Settings that allow for customization across various aspects of Boost.space. These settings help align the system with your brand identity and operational needs.

 

Tables and Details Setting

You can find this section under Main Settings. These are advanced system settings where you can enable or disable individual extensions depending on how you want your system to behave and operate.

  • Segments Mode – on-demand data

Loads segment data only when needed instead of loading everything at once, helping improve performance with larger datasets.
