Legacy & older plans

Boost.space has evolved, and part of it now lives in a separate, archived documentation space at legacy-api.boost.space. That is where you will find the Integrator — scenarios, connections, routers, iterators, mapping, functions, data stores, webhooks, error handling, blueprints — the classic named modules (Tasks, Contacts, Products, Invoices, Business Orders, Warehouses, Projects, Calendar, Forms, Docs, Notes, Offers, Contracts, Business Cases, News Monitor, Work Hours), and the catalogue of apps you can connect. This page tells you which of those is documented where, and what each one maps to today.

Short version: anything about the Integrator, a classic named module, or a specific app → legacy-api.boost.space. Everything else is here in the current docs.

Setting up or fixing a scenario in the Integrator

Opening a scenario from My scenarios on the home page, or from a module's Connect / Enrich / Share view, takes you into the Integrator — the automation workspace with Organization, Teams, Installed apps, Variables and Scenario properties in its sidebar. Everything you do there is documented at legacy-api.boost.space, and nowhere else: scenarios and the scenario editor, the app modules inside them (actions, searches, triggers, aggregators, iterators), routers and filters, mapping and functions, data stores, connections and webhooks, error handling and its directives, blueprints, subscenarios, scheduling, previous versions, and the DevTool.

Your scenarios keep running. The documentation is archived, not the product.

Starting something new instead? Automation now runs on your own Make account, surfaced on each module as the Connect, Enrich and Share views, plus native actions & triggers inside Boost.space.

Using a classic named module (Tasks, Contacts, Invoices, Products…)

The classic named modules are the pre-built, fixed-structure modules from an earlier generation of Boost.space: Tasks (with the Gantt chart and Kanban board), Contacts, Products (categories, variants, product files), Invoices, Business Orders, Warehouses (stock cards, receipts, issues, transfers, reservations, inventory), Projects, Calendar, Contracts, Docs, Forms, News Monitor, Notes, Offers, Business Cases and Work Hours.

They are documented at legacy-api.boost.space/modules, where records are still called items and fields are still called custom fields.

For anything new, build a custom module instead — you define the structure yourself, or generate it with AI. Custom modules cover what the classic ones did, and more.

Connecting an app — Shopify, HubSpot, Google Sheets and the rest of the catalogue

Looking for how to connect a specific app, what its modules do, or how to get its API key, Client ID or OAuth credentials? Every app in the catalog has its own guide at legacy-api.boost.space/applications.

The general procedures — obtaining a Client ID and Client Secret, Google and Facebook scopes, custom OAuth clients, connecting any service that uses API tokens, custom apps, and the HTTP module for an app that isn't listed — are on the same site under legacy-api.boost.space/connections.

Marketplace and AppFlows. The Marketplace in the left sidebar and the AppFlows panel on your home page are where pre-packaged app templates were installed; installed AppFlows also show as a column on My scenarios. AppFlows are hidden on new systems since version 5.5, the Marketplace is not always available, and neither has its own documentation. For an AppFlow already running on your system — or to install one — contact support@boost.space. The individual apps behind them are documented at legacy-api.boost.space/applications.

Using the legacy API

There is no separate legacy API reference any more. The current REST API is the one place the API is documented — for new integrations and for anything you built against the older surface alike.

If a request you used is missing from the reference, it was internal rather than published, so it was never supported: write to support@boost.space before you build against it. Connecting an AI agent instead? See Connect via MCP.

Older plans, lifetime deals and AppSumo

If you're on an earlier plan — Scale, Grow, or a lifetime deal (AppSumo, SaaSMantra, and similar) — your plan stays honored. Current tiers and limits are on Plans and usage limits; for anything specific to a legacy or lifetime plan (limits, upgrades, redeeming a code, or how a feature maps to your plan), contact support@boost.space with your system name.

Locked out of an older system, or unsure of your system name? See Logging in and System name & system key.

Links of the form docs.boost.space/knowledge-base/… are from the previous documentation site. They still resolve — each one redirects to its current home, which for Integrator, module and app articles is legacy-api.boost.space. Keep the trailing slash; that is the form the redirects are registered under.

If a link lands somewhere unexpected, search from legacy-api.boost.space for the archived article, or from docs.boost.space for the current one.
