Boost.space Plans

Boost.space is available in four base plans: Free, Pro, Business, and Enterprise.

Selected product models are available with licenses+, which include additional capabilities such as the embedded Make engine. Each plan includes a defined amount of AI creditsThese credits allow users to access advanced AI functionalities within the Boost.space system., as well as usage limits for recordsIn Boost.space, a record is a single data entry within a module, like a row in a database. For example, a contact in the Contacts module or a task in the Tasks module. and operationsOperations are tasks in integration scenarios, similar to "operations" in Make.com. Each action, like reading or updating a record, counts as one operation. They’re essential for data syncing between apps and reset monthly. Boost.space Product Options / Boost.space Licences

Boost.space is offered in two main product models, depending on whether an Make.com integrations engine is included.

In both cases, pricing is defined by the selected plan and Tier.

The sections below explain the available variants in more detail.

1. Boost.space SystemA platform that centralizes and synchronizes company data from internal and external sources, offering a suite of modules and addons for project management, CRM, data visualization, and more. Has many features to optimize your workflow! for Make.com Engine

This product model includes the Boost.space system only and is available in three plans: Free, Pro, and Business.

For each plan, usersCan use the system on a limited basis based on the rights assigned by the admin. select a Tier based on their needs.

The selected Tier defines:

• the number of records available
• the number of administrators allowed in the system

Integrations in this product model are handled via a separate Make.com account.

• During setup, Boost.space is connected to Make.com
• Integrations run in the connected Make environment
• Records are managed and billed in Boost.space
• OperationsOperations are tasks in integration scenarios, similar to "operations" in Make.com. Each action, like reading or updating a record, counts as one operation. They’re essential for data syncing between apps and reset monthly. Going over the limit pauses syncing until you add more or upgrade your plan. are managed and billed directly in Make.com, independently of Boost.space

In this model, Boost.space provides the data platform, while integration execution and operationOperations are tasks in integration scenarios, similar to "operations" in Make.com. 2. Boost.space System with Make.com Engine (Licences +)

This product model is available with Pro+, Business+, and Enterprise licensesLicenses to enable access to certain features..

Each licenseLicenses to enable access to certain features. includes:

• The Boost.space system
• A built-in integration engine powered by Make, provided as part of the Boost.space platform

In this setup:

• Integrations run on the Make engine, which is included within the Boost.space solution
• Customers do not need to create or manage a separate Make.com account
• Both Records and Operations are included in the selected Boost.space license
• Integration usage and limits are visible directly in Boost.space Billing

Make remains the underlying integration engine, fully embedded into the Boost.space solution.

Billing and Plan Management

Within your Boost.space system, the Billing and Limits section allows administrators to:

• See the currently active plan
• Adjust subscriptions and limits at any time
• Monitor usage as requirements evolve

The Billing section is accessible:

• directly from the Boost.space homepage, or
• via Profile Settings → Billing
