Capsule CRM

With Capsule CRM modules in Boost.space Integrator, you can manage your parties, projects, opportunities, tasks, task categories, milestones, entries, tracks, tags and custom fields and list all employees.

To get started with Capsule CRM, create an account at capsulecrm.com.

Refer to the Capsule CRM API documentation for a list of available endpoints.

Connect Capsule CRM to Boost.space Integrator

To establish the connection:

  1. Log in to your Boost.space Integrator account, add a Capsule CRM to your scenario, and click Create a Connection.

    Note: If you add a module with an instant tag, click Create a webhook, then Create a connection.

  2. Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.

  3. Optional: Click Show advanced settings and enter your custom app client credentials.  For more information, refer to Capsule CRM Authentication.

    If requested, use the following Redirect URI when creating your custom app: https://integrator.boost.space/oauth/cb/capsule-crm.

  4. Click Save.

  5. Enter your site address and click Continue.

  6. Click Allow.

  7. If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.

    You have successfully established the connection. You can now edit your scenario and add more Capsule CRM modules. If your connection requires reauthorization at any point, follow the connection renewal steps here.
