With Zoho Desk modulesThe module is an application or tool within the Boost.space system. The entire system is built on this concept of modularity. To use the Zoho Desk modules, you must have a Zoho Desk account. You can create an account at www.zoho.com/desk.
Refer to the Zoho Desk API documentation for a list of available endpoints.
To connect your Zoho Desk account to Boost.space Integrator you must first obtain your Organization ID.
To establish the connection:

Log in to your Zoho Desk account.

Click on the Setup icon in the top-right corner to open the Setup page.

In the Zoho Service Communication (ZSC) Key section, copy the OrgId value. You will use this value in the Organization ID field in Boost.space Integrator.

If requested, use the following Redirect URI when creating your custom app:

Click Save.

If prompted, authenticate your account and confirm access.
You have successfully established the connection. You can now edit your scenario and add more Zoho Desk modules. If your connection requires reauthorization at any point, follow the connection renewal steps here.
