CallTrackingMetrics

With CallTrackingMetrics modules in Boost.space Integrator, you can watch call events, calls ended, delayed, started, and sessions associated with the activity records.

To get started with CallTrackingMetrics, create an account at calltrackingmetrics.com.

Connect CallTrackingMetrics to Boost.space Integrator

To connect CallTrackingMetrics app:

  1. Log in to your Boost.space Integrator account, insert a CallTracking Metrics module in your scenario, and click Create a Connection.

  2. Optional: In the Connection name field, enter a name for the connection.

  3. In the Username and Password fields, enter your CallTrackingMetrics account credentials.

  4. Click Save.

  5. If prompted, authenticate by logging in to your account and confirming access.

You have successfully established the connection. You can now edit your scenario and add more CallTrackingMetrics modules. If your connection requires reauthorization at any point, follow the connection renewal steps here.

Build CallTrackingMetrics Scenarios

After connecting the app, you can perform the following actions:

  • Watch Call/Activity Started

  • Watch Call Ended

  • Watch Call Ended (Delayed)

  • Watch Session Associated with the Activity Record

  • Watch Call Events
